What You'll Do
As part of our Property Management team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our managed properties are well-maintained, compliant, and providing the best possible experience for our landlords and tenants. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants regarding maintenance issues, repairs, and inspections.
Coordinating with trusted contractors, warranty providers, and in-house teams to ensure efficient and compliant property management.
Organising and overseeing essential safety certificates and statutory checks (annual, 5-year, and 10-year inspections).
Carrying out and facilitating regular property visits and end-of-tenancy inspections.
Managing related administration with precision and attention to detail.
Proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and grow the managed portfolio.
What We're Looking For

You'll have:
Excellent organisational and communication skills (both written and verbal).
A proactive, positive, and customer-focused approach.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right first time.
Confidence to work independently while being a great team player.
Good IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience in property management or a similar lettings role.
A full UK driving licence (required).
