Carlton Colville, Lowestoft, Suffolk, with potential expansion to two new sites in Norfolk

Basic Salary:

Your Role at a Glance:



Guide customers through the full buying journey--from initial enquiry to move-in and beyond Host and attend open weekends (one per month) and conduct regular on-site viewings Handle incoming enquiries via multiple channels and generate your own leads locally Maintain accurate records and manage prospects through our CRM system Collaborate with the wider team on marketing and promotional campaigns Deliver a premium customer experience with warmth, clarity, and empathy

What We're Looking For:



Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role Must be self-assured and capable of working independently as the sole representative on-site Confidence in building rapport and converting enquiries into happy homeowners Strong communication skills - written and verbal Comfortable with Microsoft Office and ideally CRM systems (training provided) Clean driving licence and own transport A proactive, positive, and professional attitude Smart appearance and excellent attention to detail
