Residential Property Legal Assistant

Job Description

As a Residential Property Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting property managers and ensuring a high standard of service to our residents and landlords. You'll handle a variety of administrative tasks, liaise with tenants and contractors, and help maintain accurate property records.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist with day-to-day management of residential properties Respond to tenant and landlord queries promptly and professionally Schedule property inspections, maintenance, and repairs Maintain accurate records, databases, and compliance documentation Support rent collection and tenancy renewals Liaise with contractors and third-party service providers Prepare correspondence, reports, and tenancy agreements as required Support the Property Manager with ad hoc tasks and projects

About You:



Previous experience in property administration or customer service (preferred but not essential) Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Confident using Microsoft Office and property management software (training provided) Positive attitude, team player, and ability to work under pressure Knowledge of residential lettings or property legislation is an advantage

Pay: Up to 30,000.00 per hour
