Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and support your Property Management team through daily meetings, coaching, and structured one-to-one sessions.
Performance Management:
Monitor Key Service Indicators (KSIs), set clear objectives, and ensure targets are consistently achieved.
Compliance & Standards:
Maintain the highest compliance standards, ensuring all lettings activity aligns with current legislation.
Property Oversight:
Oversee property inspections, check-ins, check-outs, and inventory processes.
Maintenance & Repairs:
Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective property maintenance and repairs.
Tenant Negotiations:
Handle renewals, extensions, and tenancy negotiations, ensuring fair and professional outcomes.
Arrears & Evictions:
Manage arrears cases and eviction processes in line with company procedures.
Relationship Building:
Build and nurture strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors to enhance retention and satisfaction.
Complaint Resolution:
Address and resolve complaints swiftly and effectively to uphold the company's service standards.
About You
Minimum
3 years' experience
in residential property management.
Proven experience leading, coaching, or mentoring a team.
Strong understanding of
residential lettings legislation and compliance
.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Proactive, professional, and solutions-focused.
Confident managing conflict and complex situations calmly and effectively.
Full UK driving licence (manual vehicle required).
Eligible to work in the UK (proof of right to work required).
Preferred Previous Experience
Previous role as a
Property Manager or Senior Property Manager

Experience
dealing directly with maintenance coordination

Managing a
portfolio size of approximately 80-150 properties
