Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic

Residential Property Manager

to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in property management. You will support the management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and provide a high standard of service to tenants. Full training and support will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing a portfolio of residential properties, including apartments, houses and HMO's. Marketing properties Arranging and conducting property viewings Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs, including inventory checks & deposits returns Arranging and conducting property inspections Help coordinate repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works with contractors and tenants Negotiating and preparing tenancy renewals Maintain property management database Provide general administrative support to the property management team.

Person Specification:

Essential:

A keen interest in property management and a desire to build a career in the industry. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities. Full UK driving licence and own car

Desirable:

Some experience in a customer service, administrative, or property-related role. Knowledge of UK property laws and regulations (training will be provided). Familiarity with property management software (training will be provided).
