Urban Lettings is a well-established, independent lettings and management agency. We're a close-knit, forward-thinking agency and manage properties for landlords who expect a hands-on, proactive approach.

We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team and help continue to build strong landlord and tenant relationships.

The Role

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring compliance, smooth tenancies, and happy clients. Duties include:

Managing all aspects of tenancies from move-in to move-out

Handling repairs, maintenance, and contractor relationships

Conducting regular property inspections and reports

Ensuring legal and safety compliance (EPCs, gas, EICRs, etc.)

Liaising with landlords and tenants in a professional, proactive way

About You

At least 2+ years' experience in residential property management

Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Confident in managing a busy portfolio

ARLA qualification desirable (but not essential)
