We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and highly organised Residential Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our residential properties. This is an opportunity to bring your expertise to a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.

Responsibilities:



Property Maintenance & Operations



Take pride in ensuring properties are always well-presented, safe, and fully compliant. Coordinate with trusted contractors to deliver efficient repairs and maintenance. Carry out regular inspections to maintain high standards across the portfolio.

Tenant Relations



Be the go-to contact for tenants, providing support and resolving queries with professionalism and care. Manage the full tenant lifecycle: from referencing and check-ins to renewals, rent reviews, and checkouts. Handle deposits and mediate disputes when required, ensuring a fair and transparent process.

Financial Management



Oversee rent collection and associated fees, helping to maximise the financial performance of the portfolio.

Legal & Compliance



Keep ahead of the latest legislation, including the Renters Reform Bill, ensuring full compliance across all properties. Manage legal processes when required, including evictions, with a professional and balanced approach.

Administration & Collaboration



Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for tenancies, finances, and maintenance. Communicate effectively with tenants about policy changes, notices, and rent reviews. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless service.

Requirements



Experience:

At least 2-3 years in residential property management or a related field.

Qualifications:

ARLA or TPI qualified (or willing to work towards).

Skills:



Strong knowledge of property management systems and UK housing legislation. Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities. Financial management skills and confidence handling tenancy processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong attention to detail and organisatio
