Job Title: Property Manager

Location: Oxford - Free onsite Parking

Salary: Up to 40,000

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join a supportive Residential Property Management team in Oxford. If you have 1-2 years of experience in property management and are looking to grow your career in a well-structured environment, this role could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be responsible for managing a residential portfolio of approximately 140 properties (once fully established), overseeing the full tenancy lifecycle from check-in to check-out. The role includes:

Managing maintenance, repairs, and tenancy-related issues Coordinating check-ins, inspections, and deposit returns Liaising with landlords and tenants, providing excellent service Identifying and arranging refurbishment or upgrade works Ensuring compliance with current regulations Supporting portfolios owned by both private and institutional landlords

Working Hours & Flexibility:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm One day working from home per week 1 in 4 Saturdays (currently operating closer to 1 in 8 Saturdays)

What We're Looking For:

1-2 years' experience as a Property Manager (essential) Strong organisational and communication skills Confident handling maintenance issues and tenant queries Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise A professional and proactive approach with a customer-focused mindset
