Job Title: Residential Property Paralegal

Location: York (Hybrid Working Available)

About the Role:

Hampton Hills Group is working exclusively with a highly reputable law firm in the York area to recruit an experienced Residential Property Paralegal. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated legal professional to join a dynamic team, with the flexibility of hybrid working and access to excellent career development pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to ensure a smooth transaction process. Draft legal documents, carry out searches, and ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met. Provide administrative support to solicitors and contribute to the overall success of the property team.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar residential conveyancing/paralegal role. Strong understanding of the conveyancing process with the ability to manage files independently. Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in legal case management systems and Microsoft Office.
