A successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' PQE with in-depth technical experience of a full range of cases such as sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. Being able to run your own files is essential, as well as being able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and fine attention to detail.
Good business development and networking skills are also useful in order to contribute to the department's continued growth.
