Branch Manager
to take ownership of our Residential Sales department and drive its next phase of growth.
This is more than just running a branch. You'll shape the strategy, manage a talented team, and be part of a business that actually cares about doing things properly - for both customers and staff.This isn't a traditional estate agency. Yes, we offer an estate agency exit, which you'll help develop in-house, but we also provide cash buying, auction sales, and everything in between. If someone is looking to sell, we have a solution for them.
Your role is to shape and lead the team to deliver these exit strategies effectively.

What you'll be doing
Lead, manage, and inspire a team of Negotiators, Acquisition Consultants, and Customer Success Managers
Take full responsibility for residential sales performance and income generation
Drive new business opportunities and collaborate closely with our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Ensure all team targets (sales + FS) are met and exceeded
Submit weekly performance reports to the CRO
Maintain excellent pipeline visibility and provide support to close deals faster
Uphold compliance standards across sales functions
Ensure outstanding customer experiences at every stage
Recruit, onboard, and performance-manage staff at all levels
What we're looking for
At least
5 years of experience
as a Residential Branch Manager in a high-performing office
Experience managing a large team with direct responsibility for their development
Confident in sales, valuations, and performance reporting
Strong knowledge of property legislation and sales processes
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and high personal standards
Excellent communicator - clear, confident, and personable
Customer-focused - not afraid to roll up your sleeves to deliver a 5-star service
Nice to have (but not essential)
Propertymark qualification
Experience working with investors or property-related events
Strong knowledge of the Yorkshire property market
