Job Overview

We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Residential Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our residential properties.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies, with the ability to respond effectively to incidents. This role requires a proactive individual who can monitor CCTV systems and provide first aid when necessary, contributing to a safe living environment for the clients.

Responsibilities

Monitor and patrol residential areas to deter and detect any suspicious activities. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, conducting thorough investigations as needed. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and property damage. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes. Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary to address security concerns. Engage with residents in a professional manner, fostering a sense of community trust.

Requirements

Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred. Certification in first aid is highly desirable. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions quickly. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Must have valid SIA licence
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 60 per week

Work Location: On the road
