Residential Support Practitioner - 360 Children's Residential Services

Full-time | Flexible shifts (includes evenings, weekends & sleep-ins)

Competitive salary + full training + funded qualifications

Our Story

At 360 Children's Residential Services, we're growing fast -- with four homes across the South West and London, plus a multi-home provision in Durham for up to eight children. As we expand, we remain committed to one purpose: helping children aged 7-17 rebuild trust, confidence, and hope.

Many of the young people we support have faced trauma, loss, or instability. We don't focus on what's gone wrong -- we focus on what's possible. Using our trauma-informed, PACE-based approach, we create safe, nurturing homes where every child feels seen, valued, and empowered to thrive.

"In our safe havens, young people embrace their tomorrow with confidence."
