Residential Support Worker

Full-time | 4 days on / 4 days off ( 8am-8pm)

About the Role:

Midway TS Ltd is looking for caring, passionate individuals to support young people in one of our homes in Torfaen. This role offers a great work-life balance with no sleep-ins and guaranteed long weekends off. You'll help young people develop essential life skills, gain confidence, and create positive memories.

Please Note:

Occasional weekend work may be required to cover staff absence.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting young people with daily routines and school attendance Planning and joining in activities and outings Encouraging healthy eating through cooking workshops Assisting with household duties and paperwork Promoting the safety, wellbeing, and development of young people

Requirements:

Genuine passion for supporting young people Flexible and positive attitude Good communication skills Confidence in managing challenging behaviour Full UK driving licence
