Who we are looking for...

We are seeking

caring, compassionate and resilient individuals

aged 22+ who want to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and young people. You must hold a

valid Full UK Manual Driving Licence

. Experience as a Residential Worker, Youth Worker or in care is desirable, but not essential - we provide a

comprehensive Skills to Care induction

including classroom training and shadow shifts.
