Sleep-In Pay:
52 per sleep-in shift (up to approx. 3,120 extra per year)

Full-time - 173 hours per month (inc. 2 weekends)

What You'll Do
Support children with routines, emotions, and life skills
Build strong, therapeutic relationships
Maintain a safe, nurturing home environment
Handle challenges with calmness and care
Work long shifts with sleep-ins (14.5 hrs + overnight), followed by days off
Example Shift Pattern:
Shift 1: 7:30am-10:30pm
Sleep-in
Shift 2: 7:30am-10:30pm
Days off in between
Shift 3: 7.30am - 10.30pm
Sleep-in
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
Age 21+ (due to care regs)
UK Manual Driving Licence
Resilience, patience, and passion for helping others
Flexibility to work long shifts and sleep-ins
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in care, youth work, or mental health
QCF Level 3 Children & Young People (or willing to complete - fully funded)
Trauma-informed care understanding
