Residential Support Worker - New Home Opening

We're opening a brand new, 4-bedroom residential home for children and young people and we're looking for compassionate, resilient and values-driven individuals to join our growing team.

Hours:

Full-time, 6 Weeks rota in advance

Salary:

From 26,593 + sleep-in allowance + benefits (Rising to 29,126 when qualified to QFC Health & Social Care, Children & Young people Level 3 Qualification)

What you'll do:

Build strong, trusting relationships with young people

Support their emotional, social, and educational development

Be part of a close-knit team that celebrates wins, big and small

What we're looking for:

Genuine empathy, patience, and moral integrity

Experience in care or working with children (desirable but not essential)

Flexibility to work a 14.5 hour rota, over a three day week, including sleep-ins and two weekends per month
