We are a dedicated and nurturing children's residential home based in the LE3 area of Leicester. Our home provides a safe, stable, and supportive environment for children and young people aged 8-17 who have experienced trauma, neglect, or emotional and behavioral challenges.

Role Overview
As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the daily care and development of the young people in our home. You will be part of a supportive and experienced team, helping to create a nurturing, structured environment where children can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Building positive relationships with young people based on trust and consistency
Supporting the daily routines, including education, activities, meals, and personal care
Managing challenging behaviors in a calm and professional manner
Contributing to care plans and attending regular team meetings
Ensuring the home environment is safe, clean, and welcoming
Keeping accurate records and reports in line with Ofsted regulations
What We're Looking For
Previous experience working with children or young people in a residential or similar setting
A compassionate, resilient, and patient approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A willingness to work on a shift basis, including evenings and weekends
A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or a willingness to work towards it)
A valid UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
