About Us
We are a new, growing, child-focused and staff-focused company with one clear ethos: the child comes first, but without the staff, the children can't be cared for.
PAST Care works with children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) at our home in Northampton, providing a safe and nurturing environment where children are supported to develop life skills, build resilience, and achieve their potential.
We are there for our young people not just when big milestones happen, but for all the little moments in between -- moments that build confidence, spark joy, and create lasting memories of achievement.
We also believe in looking after our team so they can give their best to the children, offering:
Extra incentives for overtime shifts
Competitive sleep-in rates - with the aim for staff to sleep while on shift wherever possible
Exclusive Bright Exchange discounts
Easy online app for tracking shifts, booking leave, and accessing your employment records
