As someone who grew up in care, I understand more than most how powerful consistent, caring adult can be in a young person's life. That's why I built Bright Futures Accommodation not as a corporate care provider, but as a place that feels like home. A place where young people are nurtured, respected, and believed in.
Our Support Workers are the heart and soul of the care given to young people. I've worked frontline in residential children's homes, looking after young people with challenging needs. I know the demands and huge responsibility that comes with this role. And that's why I've made it my mission to ensure my support workers feel truly seen, supported, and appreciated. At Bright Futures, you're not just another employee you're part of the family.
You'll be backed by a strong Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager, given space to grow, and encouraged to bring your whole self to work. We'll invest in you, listen to you, and celebrate you.
Working as a Support Worker, you must be willing to go above and beyond for the young people, ensuring that they have an experience that they can reflect upon and carry with them into adulthood.
