Hourly Equivalent:

12.29 - 15.38 per hour
Sleep-ins paid at 50 per night

Contract:

Full-time (40 hours/week) | Rota-based shifts

We're looking for caring, consistent, and resilient individuals to join our trauma-informed residential team. This is your chance to support children aged 8-17 who've experienced trauma, helping them feel safe, build trust, and reach their potential.

Typical Shifts Include:

8am-11pm (followed by sleep-in) 8am-8pm 3pm-11pm (followed by sleep-in) Occasional waking nights (8pm-8am), planned in advance*

You'll Need To Be:

Experienced in working with children or young people Emotionally intelligent and trauma-informed Either qualified (Level 3 in Residential Childcare) or willing to complete it Flexible to work across a 7-day rota, including weekends and sleep-ins
