Pay -25,604 - 27,685 per annum dependent on experience/qualification

Sleep in rate - 45 per sleep.

Shift pattern- 1 on 2 off including sleep in / 2 on 4 off including sleep in

We are looking for Residential Support Workers to join our team at Helpful Investments. As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for helping to provide our high-quality therapeutic care to young people as part of our integrated service.

You'll be joining a dedicated team who have a passion for the important work we do. No two days are ever the same, which means we are looking for adaptable, motived and hard-working individuals who will have a positive impact with our children.

Responsibilities -

Provide high-quality therapeutic care to young people.

Work closely with the Registered Manager & Deputy Manager to ensure that all young people receive the appropriate level of care.

Establish safe and nurturing living conditions for young people.

Establish behavioural boundaries for young people.

Provide recreational and creative opportunities.

Instruct daily life skills.

What we are looking for-

Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar field.

Valid UK Driving License

Passion and Enthusiasm from day one
