The Role



As a

Residential Support Worker

, you'll provide hands-on care, build meaningful relationships, and help create a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive. You'll also work closely with your team to deliver consistent, high-quality care aligned with individual plans.

What you'll do:



Deliver direct support based on care plans, helping children with daily activities and emotional wellbeing. Build positive relationships and act as a supportive role model. Challenge inappropriate behavior and celebrate achievements. Maintain accurate records, contribute to planning meetings, and ensure children's voices are heard. Support health, safety, and safeguarding standards at all times. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless, high-quality care.

What We're Looking For



Passion for working with children and young people. Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professional boundaries. Flexible and reliable, willing to cover weekends and sleep-ins. Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Bonus:

Experience in residential care or knowledge of trauma-informed approaches.
