Overview


We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in a therapeutic children's residential home. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in assisting individuals, particularly children, in achieving their personal goals and enhancing their quality of life. This position requires a proactive approach to support, ensuring that care plans are effectively implemented and that the needs of the individuals are met with empathy and professionalism.

Current Vacancies:

Senior Residential Support Worker (2 position)
Waking Night Staff (2 positions)
Residential Support Workers (4 positions)

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in a children's residential setting

Knowledge and experience of therapeutic models of care.

NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People (or equivalent) preferred.

Strong communication, resilience & teamwork skills Ability to work shifts, including weekends & nights (where applicable)

A full UK manual driving license and Right to Work in the UK.

Able to commit to a varied shift pattern including rolling 3 on 3 off that covers days, and sleep-ins. This means you need to be comfortable staying away from home if your rotation requires you to.

Proven experience working with children with significant trauma and challenging behavior.

The ability to remain honest and respectful in all interactions with your colleagues, our young people and all stakeholders.

Middlesbrough TS6 7HL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:

Children's Residential Support: 3 years (preferred)
Work Location: In person
