Cherry Trees Care offer long term therapeutic homes for children and young people who have emotional, behavioural and complex needs.

You will be an integral part of the team who put our young people at the heart of everything we do. You will provide a stimulating environment, conducive to the educational, personal, and social development of the young people.

At Cherry Trees Care we are invested in your development within the team, and you will gain a Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care qualification. We provide comprehensive training.

Shift pattern -



We work a rolling rota over a 3-week period, working only 1 weekend in 3, and only 7 shifts over 3 weeks.

We offer full time, bank or weekend only contracts.

Earlies - 7.30am - 15.30pm

Lates- 15.30pm - 23.30pm

Sleep in duties (additional pay per sleep)

Day shift - 7.30am - 23.30pm

Earn up to 25,500 (inclusive of sleep ins) salary review after 6 months. Equivalent 28 days annual leave. Our rolling rota pattern which includes day shifts and sleep shifts, ensures consistency for the young people whilst providing you with flexibility for a good work life balance Full induction and introductory programme. You have the option to be enrolled onto our Pension Scheme. We will provide excellent support and professional supervision. Requirements -



Be 21 years old or above. This is following Ofsted regulations. Preferably hold a valid driving licence
We are committed to the safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people. All successful applicants will be subject to fully Enhanced DBS.
