Residential Childcare Support Worker

Salary:

28,265 - 29,674 (plus approx. 4,000 sleep-in payments per annum)


Working Hours:

Full-time - 37 hours per week on average (Part-time and Bank work also available)


Hourly Rate:

Dependent on experience and qualifications


Number of Sleeps Required:

1-2 per week


Pay Per Sleep:

Included in salary estimate - approx. 4,000 annually for 8 sleeps per month

Service Users:

YPs aged 6-11 with EBD, trauma, neglect, and social/emotional challenges


Qualifications Required:

Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent


Experience in Years Required:

Minimum 1 year in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home

? You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care - this is not deemed equivalent


? You only have experience in Healthcare, NHS, CQC, or as a Nursery Practitioner

? You have only CQC experience and have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home
