Flora Care Solutions provides specialist therapeutic residential care for children with Autism, ADHD and learning difficulties. As a growing organisation, we are proud to open a beautiful new 3-bed children's home in Maghull and are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.
Assist with daily routines, personal care, meal preparation, and educational support.
Safeguard young people in line with organisational policies.
Build positive and trusting relationships with children, families, and professionals.
Support children in recreational and therapeutic activities.
Contribute to a stable and nurturing home environment.
Develop and follow individual care plans.
Maintain accurate records and reports.
Drive children to appointments and activities (if applicable).
Participate in sleep-in duties as part of the rota.
Requirements
Minimum 1 years' experience supporting young people in a children's residential or similar setting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic IT skills for record-keeping.
Understanding of child development and care planning.
Compassion, resilience, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference.
