(This salary includes a market supplement for Residential Support Workers)

Sleep-ins paid at an extra 78.48 per night
(This equates to approximately 3,500 additional payment when working 1 sleep-in shift per week)

Based near Mynachlog-ddu, Pembrokeshire

Coleg Plas Dwbl currently offers residential support for students, providing Practical Skill Therapeutic Education for young people aged 16 to 25 years who have a range of learning difficulties, including autistic spectrum disorders and behaviours that challenge.

Our service is continually developing and we are always looking for committed individuals who feel they can help us to achieve our aims. Individual development is given the highest priority together with the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of a positive and progressive service. A Welsh speaker is desirable but not essential.

In order to be successful in this role you will:

Due to the locations of some of our team houses at Plas Dwbl, Pembrokeshire with travel to Carmarthenshire - being a driver with access to your own vehicle would be advantageous. Shifts involve working primarily during the evenings and weekends, including sleepovers.
