Service Users:

Children aged 7 to 17 with Trauma, Attachment Issues, ADHD, and Autism

Salary & Working Hours

Sleep-ins:

Average 4 sleeps per month, paid at 50 per sleep Alternate Weekends

Potential Earnings:

Up to

33,000 per year (including sleep-ins)

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in

Residential Childcare, Social/Children's Care

, or

Health & Social Care

(or willingness to work towards it). Experience supporting children with

trauma, attachment difficulties, ADHD, or autism

. Full UK Driving Licence (desirable but not essential).

Essential Requirements

Fluent in English:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum Age:

21 (due to children's workforce regulations).
