to providing quality staffing solutions to service providers across public and independent sectors in all areas across Lancashire.We are seeking support workers to support vulnerable adults with diverse needs.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
To support a client to integrate within there community To work flexible and responsibly to meet the individuals needs To build positive relationships with clients and work as part of a support team Update of daily care plans and logs
What we require from applicants:
Excellent communication and response skills Experience with learning difficulties and/or mental health Patient, caring and supportive nature Support workers with own transport and full clean licence as this would be beneficial to our clients
