Founded in the 1980's by our Trustee Jeff, we are still continuing to grow, with services expanding. Working across Warwickshire we deliver Person Centred Care to all of our Customers.

Working as the Support Worker you will support clients in all aspects of day-to-day life, from personal care to shopping, managing bills, attending medical appointments, accessing the local community, and many more. No two shifts are ever the same, and you will learn something new every day! You will have fun with our customers, become a reliable and trusted Support Worker, kind and caring, and be involved in their development and daily life.

Your own transport is essential for this role.

Successful candidates must hold a valid UK drives license and have access to a vehicle due to the location of the service.

We are currently recruiting for our lovely Residential Service in located in Snittersfield. Our established team support individuals with mental health challenges, Learning Disabilities and Autism. It's a small service, with a very homely feel to it.

Shift patterns are Monday to Sunday :

8am to 3pm, 3pm to 10pm, wake nights are 10pm to 8am.

Shifts are allocated monthly, with a mixture of early, late and wake night shifts.

We offer an in depth, 2 week new starter training program for all new applicants, along with continuous learning for all existing staff members.

Training is essential for you to commence employment with the organisation. You will be required to be flexible to attend the 10 days training. This will be held at our Head Office in Nuneaton.

Unfortunately we do not have a sponsorship license, so cannot offer a switch.

Pay: 12.21-12.71 per hour
