Midway TS Ltd believes in creating a positive homely environment for the young people we support and are recruiting for one of its homes in Monmouth (Monmouthshire).

We are looking for passionate and caring individuals that want to enhance the lives of the young people and help them develop the skills they will need into adulthood whilst creating some amazing memories along the way.

What we will need from you.

- The drive to and ability to positively impact on the lives of young people

- The ability to learn new skills

- Good communication

- Be innovative and adaptable in your way of thinking

- The confidence to challenge behaviours when required

- Due to the nature of the role you must have a valid Driving License

To support the young person in their daily routines and getting them to school on time

Planning and sourcing activities

Encourage the young person to try new activities and foods through cooking workshops

Assist the team in maintaining the home, including paperwork

To promote the health, well-being, safeguarding and wishes of the young people

Work in cohesion with the company's policies and the homes statement of purpose.
