Your Role
As a
Residential Support Worker
, you'll help create a warm, nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and supported.
You will:
Build trusting relationships with children and young people
Support them to make sense of their experiences and achieve their goals
Work collaboratively with the team and professionals around each child
Promote Carbrey's values and commitment to high-quality care
Keep clear and accurate records using your strong IT skills
What You'll Bring
We're looking for people who are:
Empathetic and resilient

Experienced
(or willing to train) in trauma-informed care
Positive team players
with patience and confidence
Organised and IT-literate
Hold a
full UK manual driving licence
(12 months minimum)
