We're looking for compassionate, proactive individuals to join our dedicated team in Weymouth and help shape brighter futures.
What You'll Do
As a Residential Support Worker, you'll play a vital, hands-on role in supporting young people in our therapeutic home. Working on a 2:1 basis, you'll build strong relationships, encourage independence, and provide the emotional and practical support they need to thrive.

Full UK driving licence
A commitment to training and professional development
We also welcome applicants from other areas of care, education, or youth support--or those looking to make a meaningful career change. Full induction and training will be provided.
