We're Hiring: Resilience Response Officer



Location: Filton, Bristol BS34



Pay: 13.26 per hour



Hours: 12 hour shifts, covering days, nights and weekends

you will need to be fully flexible to cover days, nights, and weekends. Whether you're patrolling key areas, managing access control, or being the reassuring face clients rely on, every shift brings new challenges and opportunities to grow.

Response Officer

you can earn a

3,300 training bonus

as you complete the comprehensive onsite training in your first year, and thereafter you'll be supported to thrive from day one.

Responsibilities




You'll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

Keeping the site safe - preventing unauthorised access & monitoring CCTV Conducting internal & external security patrols Managing keys, locking & unlocking duties Traffic control, vehicle searches & enforcing parking rules Handling security equipment & carrying out routine tests Managing access control & issuing Hot Works permits Responding to medical incidents & wing box rescues Being part of a

highly trained Rescue Team

for emergency situations

Qualifications

What we're looking for:




We're looking for someone who sees a different world--someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you'll have:

Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history SIA Licence Full UK driving licence Comfortable working in confined spaces (17.5-inch headspace) Proactive, self-motivated, & detail-oriented

Due to the nature of this opportunity, candidates must be able to achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) and Security Check (SC) Clearance
