Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Resin Driveway Layer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of resin-bound driveways, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage projects effectively from start to finish.

Duties

Prepare surfaces for resin application by cleaning, levelling, and ensuring proper drainage. Mix and apply resin materials according to specifications and industry standards. Install edging and other components as required to complete driveway installations. Conduct regular maintenance on existing resin driveways, including repairs and cleaning. Manage project timelines and ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress. Operate company vehicles safely for transporting materials and equipment to job sites.

Skills

Strong management skills to oversee projects from initiation through completion. Proficient in maintenance tasks related to driveway installation and upkeep. Valid driving licence with experience in operating vehicles for transporting materials. Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and team members effectively.
