From our modern facilities in Mere, we combine traditional values with forward-thinking innovation -- and we're now looking for a Resin Operative to join our team.

The Role



As a Resin Operative, you'll play a key part in ensuring resin-based materials are prepared, set, cured, and finished to the highest quality standards. You'll receive full training in all resin processes and equipment, giving you the skills and confidence to succeed in your role.

This is a hands-on position where attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to safety are essential. You may also occasionally support other production areas, such as packing, as part of our flexible and collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare resin mixtures according to specified formulations Operate resin machinery safely and efficiently Monitor curing and finishing processes to meet quality standards Carry out regular inspections and quality checks Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to resolve issues and improve processes Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace Keep accurate records of production, usage, and inventory

What We Offer



Starting salary 24,762 per annum Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00am-4:45pm, Friday 8:00am-3:45pm (39 hours per week) 23 days holiday plus bank holidays Death in service 1 x annual salary On-site parking and access to an on-site gym.
