Warlord Resin Casting Operative

Do you want to help make amazing miniatures in a fast paced production environment? Are you interested in working with cutting edge processes and materials for manufacturing miniatures?



As a Warlord Resin Casting Operative you will be responsible for operating the Siocast injection moulding machines to make a wide range of miniatures. Casting Operatives are fully responsible for the miniatures they produce, both quantities and quality, so you'll need to be comfortable being accountable for what you make. You'll be part of a team all committed to consistently deliver high quality Warlord Resin miniatures, in the quantities needed to meet customer demand. Miniatures that staff and customers think are great, made at the right cost.



Key responsibilities:

Making miniatures in the quantities required to the right quality standards Operating, cleaning, and basic maintenance checks of SioCast Injection Moulding machines Maximising utilisation of machinery Engage with continuous improvement helping to improve who the department works Monitoring your own performance and reporting it at the end of every shift Adhering to all safe systems of work and work policies


The successful candidate will be someone who is passionate about making miniatures. As SioCast Injection Moulding machines are still new to the market, we do not expect to find people with experience. We are fully prepared to train anyone who shows us that they are passionate about everything we've mentioned - your attitude and behaviours are what matters most. Other important information


Typical working hours will be Mon - Fri, 6am until 2pm, however, there may be times when we need to run shifts in the afternoon which will be 2pm until 10pm, we operate a 7 day working week so weekend work may also be required. Overtime may be required during busier periods. Salary 24,013.
