As a Property & Maintenance Employee, you play a crucial role in keeping our park in top condition. You are the go-to person for technical maintenance, repair, and facilities upkeep, ensuring guests experience a safe and comfortable stay.



You will become part of a small, close-knit team of three full-time colleagues, while taking the lead on property and maintenance responsibilities. Whether you're looking for a full-time role or prefer part-time hours, we can accommodate both - full-time is perfect if you're ready to fully immerse yourself, and part-time is equally welcome if that suits your lifestyle better. Our park currently features 38 modern lodges and is growing to 46 over the next few years, including 20 lodges with hot tubs, giving you plenty of variety and opportunity to make an impact.

What will you do:

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, combining

technical maintenance, property management, and guest-focused work

. Your day might include:

Performing general maintenance and repair on installations, equipment, and buildings, ensuring everything functions smoothly. Taking on specialist tasks such as carpentry, painting, or other technical disciplines, keeping our facilities in top condition. Maintaining and servicing hot tubs; previous experience is a plus, but full training is provided if necessary to become a hot tub specialist. Conducting preventive maintenance inspections to avoid breakdowns and keep all systems running efficiently. Collaborating with colleagues, reception, and housekeeping, and managing relationships with external partners such as landscapers, giving clear instructions to maintain the grounds beautifully. Providing friendly and professional support to guests when technical issues arise, ensuring excellent guest service.

This is you:

You are a skilled and hands-on professional with experience in property maintenance, technical maintenance, or facilities work. You thrive in a small team environment and enjoy taking ownership of your work. Your profile includes:



A technical qualification or equivalent experience in maintenance or facilities work. One to three years' experience in property maintenance, repair, or technical services. Preferably holding a Category B driving license, ideally with experience towing trailers over 750 kg. A practical, solution-focused attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team. A guest-oriented mindset, ensuring our visitors have a seamless and comfortable stay. Interest or experience in hot tub maintenance is a bonus, but training is available.
