Resort Operations Supervisor

leads by example, supporting the housekeeping team, ensuring exceptional presentation standards, and deputising for the General Manager when required. A hands-on leadership role in a stunning setting, ideal for someone who loves both people and operational excellence.

As

Resort Operations Supervisor

, you'll play a key part in maintaining smooth, high-quality resort operations. You'll lead by example to ensure every lodge is clean, well-maintained, and beautifully presented, while supporting the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.

This is a

hands-on leadership role

: you'll oversee the housekeeping team and also take part in cleaning duties when required to support operations and maintain our luxury standards. You'll also

deputise for the General Manager

during periods of absence, ensuring a seamless guest and team experience.

About You



You're an experienced hospitality professional with strong attention to detail and a passion for high standards. You're confident leading a team, supporting colleagues, and taking responsibility for the smooth running of a site.

You will:



Have proven experience supervising or leading a housekeeping or hospitality team Possess strong organisational and communication skills Be confident giving direction, feedback, and coaching to team members Take a proactive approach to maintaining high standards and resolving issues Be comfortable taking on operational responsibility in the absence of the General Manager Be willing to assist with cleaning duties as required Hold a valid driving licence Enjoy a varied, guest-facing role that includes operational and hands-on work

Key Responsibilities



Supervise and support the housekeeping team to ensure lodges are guest-ready and meet luxury standards Conduct inspections and quality checks across all properties Assist with cleaning tasks when needed to support the team Coordinate daily operations and maintenance with the General Manager

Deputise for the General Manager

in their absence Greet and assist guests, offering local recommendations and handling queries Manage stock control for cleaning supplies and linen Promote a positive, supportive team culture
