An award-winning communications agency with offices across the globe are hiring for a Resource Manager to oversee all creative, production and design briefs in the London office! Key Responsibilities

• Lead weekly status update meetings, ensure briefs are allocated correctly and clear workflow
• Close collaboration with project managers to ensure compatibility in each resource allocated to a project and that timelines will be achieved
• Management of resourcing software and monitoring live project data to ensure fully optimised
• Close liaison with creative department to build out an impressive list of best in business freelance talent to collaborate with
• Act as guardian of the creative development process from start to finish
• Work cross functionally across agency\'s relevant business areas to ensure smooth and efficient collaboration with minimal hold ups.

• A positive and proactive approach to team working, process improvement and system management
• An impressive background working closely with talented designers and creatives to produce award-winning work and bring ideas to life!
• Strong presentation skills, able to digest and action feedback and resolve issues effectively
• Prior experience working within a communications, creative, marketing or media agency.
• A natural appreciation for creative communication and design with knowledge of new trends
