About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Chelmsford Business Support Team within the Faculty of Science and Engineering. You will provide administrative support within our Resources Team, working on a varied range of projects as well as being responsible for the supervision of resources-related processes. You\'ll supervise existing processes and develop new efficient ones, being responsible for these from inception to completion, helping to deliver our financial and resource-based strategy. You will have previous experience in supervising administrative responsibilities both independently and as part of a team using your own initiative to keep work on track.

With a degree or part qualified in a relevant professional qualification or demonstrable appropriate level of experience, you\'ll be IT literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office. You\'ll have previous experience of working independently in an administrative role, meeting tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy. You\'ll have a commitment to maintain and enhance the high standards of customer care within the Faculty.
