The Role



Capco is looking for a structured, inventive, and collaborative individual to join our UK COO team as a Resourcing Specialist. As part of the wider Operations team, this role is central to the success of our business and the career journeys of our people. You'll help align colleagues to client projects, balancing business demand with individual aspirations while championing our #BeYourselfAtWork culture.



What You'll Do




Actively support day-to-day resourcing, aligning consultants to projects that meet both client needs and career goals Provide guidance on prioritising competing business demands to ensure the right talent is in the right place Collaborate with consultants to understand skills, experience, and aspirations for suitable client opportunities Partner with resourcing leads, recruitment, HR, and L&D to ensure business-wide demand is met effectively Analyse client demand to identify skills gaps and provide input to recruitment planning

What We're Looking For




Previous resourcing or consulting experience (recruitment experience also considered) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work independently as well as in a team Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail Competency with MS Excel and the ability to consolidate and present data effectively

Experience working in a professional services or consultancy environment Strong presentation skills, including running inductions for new joiners Familiarity with resourcing processes in fast-paced organisations An interest in talent development and employee experience Confidence in influencing and decision-making across multiple stakeholders
