What will I be doing?
You will be responsible for leading the design and execution of the CitySprint recruitment process Working closely with the Head of Talent, hiring managers and the People Business Partners, they are responsible for the complete candidate experience. Acting as a subject matter expert within area of responsibility, providing support to hiring managers in the recruitment and selection of the best talent for City Sprint.
Role & Responsibilities:
Lead the design and delivery of City Sprint's resourcing strategy, supporting the Head of Talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers and People Business Partners to define role profiles and selection criteria.
Source, attract, screen, and shortlist candidates for senior and specialist roles through multiple channels.
Coordinate and support the interview process, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
Provide regular recruitment updates and maintain compliance with company policies.
Assist with recruitment reporting, analysis, and workforce planning insights.
Support succession planning and retention initiatives for critical roles.
Identify high-potential internal talent and promote career development in partnership with the Management Development Specialist.
Maintain an up-to-date careers website and manage the resourcing process, including documentation and process maps.
Collaborate with marketing on external vacancy adverts and ensure efficient interview scheduling.
The key skills needed for the role include:
Identifying and attracting suitable candidates through multiple channels, including partnering with marketing on external vacancy adverts.
Organising and scheduling interviews efficiently with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintaining a talent pool of identified candidates for current and future roles.
Reviewing recruitment data to inform hiring strategies and support decision-making.
Leading hiring processes for specialist and senior positions, including managing full recruitment cycles.
Supporting and developing succession plans, collaborating with stakeholders to forecast talent needs and ensure leadership continuity.
The
successful candidate will be required to undergo a DBS check as part of the recruitment process. Conditional job offers are subject to a satisfactory DBS check.
