Are you creative with using different sourcing techniques to attract talent? If so, we have the perfect opportunity to join us as a Talent Specialist within our Talent Acquisition (TA) Team


As part of this role, you will contribute to the effective delivery and execution of our hiring plans and will focus on TA for our PaTH area (Pet, Travel and Household) where you will have the opportunity to make a material difference to the company by identifying and attracting the best talent.


Main Duties


Working closely with the TA team, Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders to deliver effective sourcing, assessment and hiring strategies aligned to business goals Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, resume databases, networking sites and social media channels Approaching prospective candidates via tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, our ATS and other methods Developing, updating, and maintaining a network of candidates and talent pipelines, including using marketing techniques to attract candidates Regularly attend and host careers fairs and networking events to promote Admiral brand Ability to think creatively and design innovative sourcing campaigns (includes advanced Boolean search skills) to engage passive candidates Provide candidate centric job offer management and onboarding ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Requirements


We are looking for someone who has:


Proven sourcing experience in either an agency or in-house setting managing simultaneous campaigns Experience in proactively sourcing candidates using relevant recruiter tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases etc) Experience working creatively and designing innovative sourcing campaigns (includes advanced Boolean search skills) to engage passive candidates Experience negotiating role requirements, offers and counteroffers Champions providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout.

Location


The successful candidate would be required to work 1-2 days a week at our head office in Cardiff.


Interviews


We will be carrying out interviews on the 7th and 8th of July in our head office in Cardiff.
