Job Description

NonStop Care are working with a Good Ofsted Children's Residential Service that are seeking a full-time Responsible Individual in the East Midlands. You will be responsible for two EBD homes: one 2-bed and one 3-bed.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Responsible Individual in line with The Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
  • Provide strong leadership and professional supervision to Registered Managers.
  • Oversee operational delivery, safeguarding standards, and quality assurance across multiple homes.
  • Ensure homes meet or exceed Ofsted requirements, aiming for "Good" or "Outstanding" ratings.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of senior leadership experience in children's residential care.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted inspection frameworks, safeguarding legislation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Qualified to Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
Successful applicants will undergo an enhanced DBS check and reference verification.
