First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO)
is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our
Repairs Planning Team within our friendly Contact Centre
.
In this key role, you will:
Schedule work orders in line with set priorities, ensuring service targets are consistently met through efficient planning and distribution.
Take timely corrective action when needed, including rearranging appointments to maintain service levels and customer satisfaction.
Raise and allocate jobs to the appropriate operatives, subcontractors, or partners, ensuring optimal resource utilisation and performance.
Monitor real-time changes to workloads and resource availability, taking proactive steps to resolve issues as they arise.
You'll play a vital part in supporting FCHO's wider vision and will be expected to demonstrate and role model our values and behaviours. You'll also promote and uphold positive practices relating to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion

This role is a full time - permanent position

Who are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate:
Has experience using a dynamic scheduling system such as DRS
Has experience working in a fast-paced environment and can work under pressure
Has experience and is competent in using Microsoft Office packages
