We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. Duties

Supervise and manage bar staff, ensuring a high standard of service and hospitality is maintained at all times. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. Develop and implement bar menus, including cocktails and food pairings, to enhance the guest experience. Train staff in food production techniques, serving methods, and customer service best practices. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage stock control effectively. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction is achieved.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a bar or restaurant setting. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous. Barista experience is a plus, showcasing versatility in service offerings. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
