Responsibilities

Develop innovative drink menus and ensure all beverages are prepared according to established recipes and standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to create harmonious pairings between food and drink offerings.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly regarding food safety practices.
Monitor customer satisfaction, address any concerns promptly, and implement strategies for improvement.
Manage financial aspects of the bar, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting on sales performance.

Qualifications
