We are seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant & Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our on-site restaurant and bar. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage service standards, and support operational performance. This role may also extend to supervising a second site, depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day restaurant and bar operations.
Manage staff rotas, recruitment, training, and team performance.
Ensure high levels of service, cleanliness, and compliance with health & safety standards.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and control costs.
Collaborate with kitchen and hotel teams to ensure seamless service.
Handle guest feedback professionally and implement service improvements.
Assist with marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions.
Provide support to additional properties if required.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar hospitality role.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations and UK licensing laws.
Flexible, hands-on, and results-oriented approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
